Quantitative Developer – Python – C++ – RUST -ML – Algorithmic Trading

Join a cutting-edge Quantitative Development team as part of a highly skilled core group of quantitative professionals within an Global Leading Prop House, innovating at the forefront of technology in greenfield projects and optimizing existing systems. The team operates with full end-to-end ownership of their technology stack, providing a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy fully automated, low-latency, high-throughput trading systems for equity and cryptocurrency trading, including the integration of real-time machine learning prediction systems.
  • Architect and maintain scalable data infrastructures for the efficient ingestion, processing, and analysis of large datasets to support trading and research initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with researchers to implement advanced machine learning models and trading strategies into high-performance, production-grade systems.
  • Optimize market connectivity and exchange interactions to achieve low-latency, reliability, and execution efficiency in dynamic trading environments.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ professional experience with Python, complemented by experience with C++ and/or Rust.
  • Strong expertise in asynchronous, concurrent, multi-threaded programming and shared memory programming.
  • Proficiency in deployment tools and solid Bash/scripting skills.
  • Hands-on experience with real-time, low-latency ML pipelines in high-performance environments is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with data processing pipelines, automated scheduling tools, and feature calculation engines is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying large-scale Microservice Architectures, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Commitment to clean, well-architected code and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • A track record of contributing to open-source projects in areas like machine learning, data science, or distributed systems is a plus.
