As a Software Engineer, you’ll collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams—including engineers, traders, researchers, and quants—to tackle complex projects while owning the full product lifecycle, from initial requirements to production deployment. You’ll develop high-performance, reliable software, striking the right balance between speed, quality, and testability. Leveraging advanced automated testing and frequent deployments, you’ll drive agile, incremental improvements.
In an environment filled with cutting-edge technologies and dynamic systems, you’ll navigate trade-offs between latency, throughput, scalability, simplicity, and maintainability, ensuring optimal performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications and automation tools
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, gather detailed requirements, and deliver innovative, automated solutions.
- Apply modern coding practices to build efficient, scalable, and maintainable software.
What You Bring:
- Proficiency in C++, with a strong preference for experience in the latest versions.
- Familiarity with Python is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Comfortable working in Linux environments.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Strong ability to gather business requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and quickly deliver effective solutions.
- Self-sufficiency in driving greenfield projects, taking full ownership of the applications you build.
- Adaptability & resilience—you thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a proactive, creative approach to troubleshooting.
