The Role – System Administrator
As a System Administrator, you’ll be part of a team scaling up systems, building robust infrastructure, and keeping everything running smoothly. Your work will range from:
✅ Managing user groups in Windows AD
✅ Virtualization with VMware
✅ Troubleshooting network issues
✅ Automating processes
✅ Providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for traders and engineers
This is a complex, high-performance environment with a variety of technologies, so you’ll constantly be solving problems and making systems faster, smarter, and more efficient.

Who You Are
- 6-10 years of experience in system administration (Windows-focused).
- Strong skills in Windows, VMware, and networking.
- Comfortable with 1st-3rd line support, but mostly focused on L3 tasks.
- Some Linux knowledge would be a bonus.
- Great team player & communicator—this is a highly social, international team!
- Interested in finance/trading? Even better! You’ll get to learn how trading strategies work on a technical level.
